Custom Fabrication
IPI Fabrication specializes in the custom fabrication of process equipment. In addition to capabilities to provide conventional job shop products such as tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and piping assemblies, IPI Fabrication provides full service capabilities to furnish packaged systems. Beginning from flow diagrams, P&IDs, or schematics, IPI can deliver complete turnkey shop fabricated, skid mounted modular process systems which meet the client's schedule and budget demands. Typically, IPI's services include project planning, cost estimates, scheduling, layout, drafting, procurement, quality control, fabrication, testing, inspection and shipment; all of which are performed in close compliance with ASME standards.

Modular FabricationIn the process industry, modular fabrication has increasingly become a viable alternative to field construction for plant owners, OEMS, and engineers.Most process plants can be designed, fabricated, assembled, and installed in modular form. The size and complexity of the facility determines whether the system is delivered as a single skid or an array of modules to be interconnected in the field. Beginning from flow diagrams, P&IDs, or schematics, IPI Fabrication can deliver complete turnkey shop fabricated modular process systems that meet the client's schedule and budget demands. |

Custom ComponentsIPI Fabrication offers full capabilities of a job shop able to fabricate a wide range of conventional custom-built products. Finished products typically range in size up to 16'-0" diameter and 80' long and 50 tons gross in weight -- or as limited by shipping restrictions.IPI fabricates its products from a wide variety of metals utilizing over 70 qualified welding procedures. Typically, these procedures include capabilities to weld metals ranging in thickness from 16 gauge to 2 inches. |

Metal FinishingIPI Fabrication has full in-house capabilities to perform finishing operations on completed products. We routinely prepare surfaces by steel grit or glass bead blasting as required. Prime and finish paint coatings are available from most leading manufacturers. Many specialty finishes can also be applied. |
