| Design Build Solutions What is Design Build? Design Build has become one of the most efficient and cost-effective approach to project delivery. In the IPI Design Build solution, the design, procurement, fabrication, and construction activities are managed and performed by ONE entity -- Industrial Piping, Inc (IPI). With 60+ years of mechanical construction experience under our belt, we have the unique advantage of utilizing our own industry knowledge during the design and engineering phase. This allows us to more accurately estimate the overall project costs and effectively use "fast-tracking" to compress construction schedules, which generally reduces the entire design and construction process by 20-30% of the time required by the traditional design-bid-build methods.
