IPI Process Mechanical specializes in turnkey field construction of process systems in industrial applications. Our capabilities include the fabrication and installation of process and utility piping, certified welding, and equipment setting.
Our staff of experienced Project Managers has the expertise to manage a wide range of projects. IPI's Project Managers are skilled in performing detailed planning and scheduling, insuring compliance with project documents, and coordination with other trades. Projects typically include modifications and repairs to existing plant systems during plant production and shutdowns; as well as complete turnkey construction of new plants and systems.

Process Equipment Installations
IPI Process Mechanical offers the ability to install all types of process equipment for manufacturing systems. Typically, our work includes not only installations of primary manufacturing equipment, but also all associated and support systems as well. Whether your process is chemical, industrial, or general manufacturing, we have the experience and know-how to install your equipment and help you get it up and running.

Process and Utility Piping Installations
Since its beginning in 1945, IPI has performed process piping installations. At first, our Process Mechanical division offered only piping work, installing thousands of process piping systems totalling to hundreds of thousands of feet of pipe! As a result, we have developed an unmatched expertise for erecting piping systems in industrial plants all over the Southeastern US.

Plant Support Services
From our staff of mechanical field personnel, IPI can provide skilled craftsmen on an as-needed basis to assist any plant with routine repairs, upfits and modifications. Emergency reponse services are also available. Services include pipe fabrication and installation along with welding and millwrighting; and, if required, on-site repair of ASME Code pressure vessels is provided through our Fabrication division.
